In the following data protection declaration we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website. We collect and process personal data only on the basis of legal provisions (General Data Protection Regulation, Telecommunications Act 2003). As soon as you as a user access or visit our website, your IP address, start and start and end of the session are recorded. This is for technical reasons and therefore represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit f GDPR.

Contact us

If you contact us, either via our contact form on our website or by email, the data you provide to us will be stored by us for six months in order to process your request or in the event of further follow-up questions. Your transmitted data will not be passed on without your consent.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device using the browser. They do no harm. We use cookies to make our offering user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit. Adobe Fonts

We use Adobe Fonts, a web font hosting service, on our website. The service provider is the American company Adobe Inc. For the European region, the responsible entity is the Irish company Adobe Systems Software Ireland Companies, located at 4-6 Riverwalk, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24, Ireland.

Adobe processes data from you, including in the United States. We would like to inform you that, in the opinion of the European Court of Justice, there is currently no adequate level of data protection for data transfers to the USA. This can be associated with various risks regarding the legality and security of data processing.

As the basis for data processing with recipients located in third countries (outside the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, especially in the USA) or for data transfers to such countries, Adobe uses so-called Standard Contractual Clauses (= Art. 46. Abs. 2 and 3 GDPR). Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) are template agreements provided by the EU Commission and are intended to ensure that your data complies with European data protection standards even when transferred and stored in third countries, such as the USA.
Through these clauses, Adobe commits to maintaining the European level of data protection when processing your relevant data, even if the data is stored, processed, and managed in the USA. These clauses are based on an implementing decision of the EU Commission. You can find the decision and the corresponding Standard Contractual Clauses here: https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/dec_impl/2021/914/oj?locale=en

For more information about the processed data and the Standard Contractual Clauses used by Adobe, please visit https://www.adobe.com/de/privacy/eudatatransfers.html.

The use of Google Maps increases the findability of the places provided on our website.

Further information about how the service provider “Google” handles user data can be found in the data protection declaration:
