Ski & Freerideschool Planneralm

Courses start for beginners on Mondays and sometimes on Tuesdays.
Advanced students can join the courses every day, provided their skills match the different standards of the groups.

Group division for ski courses is done by the ski school. If it is necessary to downgrade the participant, the customer must comply with this decision. Otherwise, the ski school is entitled to terminate the contract immediately, without the contractual partner who behaves in breach of contract being entitled to reclaim the payment paid.

The minimum number of course participants for children’s courses is 6 people. If a group is reduced to fewer than 6 participants, the ski school reserves the right to combine it with another group or to shorten the lesson hours. For snowboard & adult courses the minimum number of participants is 4 people. There are generally no group lessons on Saturdays and Sundays (except Christmas).

Course cancellations due to weather-related influences (force majeure) will not be reimbursed. If the climbing aids are not used for any reason, there will be no refund. Unused days expire.

Cancellation conditions:

Cancellation of a course or private lesson must be made by email or telephone. In case of no-show without cancellation, the full amount will be charged.
The following regulations apply to group courses or private lessons:

  • Up to 7 days before the start of the lesson 0% cancellation fee
  • 6-4 days before the start of the lesson 50% cancellation fee
  • 3-0 days before the start of the lesson 100% cancellation fee

The Ski & Freeride School is entitled to withdraw from the contract at any time if the customer participates in courses under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication and safe participation is no longer guaranteed. The same applies if the customer persistently resists the instructions of the ski school, teachers or carers. The customer is not entitled to any claims in the event of such contract termination. In particular, he is also obliged to pay the full fee.

Ski passes and equipment are not included in the course price.

Multiple changes of teacher possible due to the flexible organization.

The customer must inform the ski school truthfully and comprehensively about his skills and experiences in skiing, as well as comprehensively inform him about his physical abilities, in particular his state of health.

For all of our programs/events, course participants are not insured against accidents. Appropriate accident insurance is the responsibility of the guests. In principle, the ski school is only liable in accordance with legal regulations for damages that are directly related to the activities of the ski school and that were caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
